My name is Rachel Bongle. I am a homeopath, a teacher and a life long learner. While healthy living has been my pursuit for much of my life, I discovered homeopathy out of necessity when my children were very young. My son, in particular, had many issues that we were struggling with including trouble with digestion, multiple food intolerances, repeated ear infections, and significant behavioral problems. In spite of our best efforts and resources, he was kicked out of daycare by the time he was 2 years old. Although this was devastating to our family at the time, it also lit a fire under me to find a real solution to address the underlying problem...and I found that solution in healing the gut using principals of Weston Price and GAPS diet and using Homeopathy. Healing the gut and using homeopathy were two things made profound changes in our health and our lives and inspired me to learn more!
After almost 10 years of using homeopathy with my family, I began an apprenticeship with my homeopath where I gained invaluable experience and soon realized that it was time to pursue my dream. I studied classical homeopathy at the Academy of Homeopathy Education (AHE) and graduated in 2018 as a member of the first completely full-time homeopathy class in the United States. I now practice homeopathy full time where I help people of all ages, backgrounds and conditions to restore their health and understand how to support the natural laws of healing the human body.
Before following my passion to become a homeopath, I earned a B.A. in Psychology and a Masters in Education. I enjoyed 19 years in public education. During this time, I taught Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate and General Psychology at the high school level, 7th grade Social Studies at the middle school level, and provided educational services for incarcerated students at the high school level.
Today it is my mission to use homeopathy to help as many people as I can. By supporting the body's own healing mechanism, I hope to allow more people to return to a state of wellness where life can be enjoyed freely once again!

History of Homeopathy
It is Samuel Hahnemann (1755-1843), a German doctor and chemist, who is credited with founding homeopathy.
By 1900, about twenty percent of doctors in the United States were homeopaths, but due to various political and social changes, homeopathy became relatively unknown in the US until recently. There is wider acceptance of homeopathy in such countries as France, Germany, Mexico, Argentina, India and Great Britain. In fact, the family doctor to England's Queen Elizabeth is a homeopathic physician.
The World Health Organization estimate that it is currently practiced by over 500 million people worldwide.
The Law of Similars: healing is available by matching the symptoms a remedy substance can produce to the symptoms of the individual seeking treatment.
The Minimum Dose: determining the least amount of remedy needed to effect the necessary change.
Totality of Symptoms: matching the complete symptom profile of the client to the symptom profile of the remedy.
Single Remedy: administration of one remedy at a time.
"It has been great working with Rachel to help my little boy with his allergies. He went from using an inhaler to not needing one at all. The improvement was visible from the first couple of weeks. He is stronger. He can now run and play outside with his friends without having to stop because of his horrible coughing."
